89C has legs instead of a pedestal stand, otherwise identical.

I've had this TV for about 7 weeks or so now. Great TV, but just got a stuck-on pixel dead center. Tried all of the stuck pixel tricks, pixel refresh, etc. It's still there. Not too noticeable in most shows, but of course now my eye is always looking for it.

Absolutely this. It's competes with the C3 so getting it for less than the B3 is a steal. It's effectively the same TV as the S90C.

Hey superslickz, check this video:

Jump to 4minutes 37seconds, there are a bunch of QLEDs on the purple region.

Not saying it in a negative way, just for info. Again, in normal household usage scenarios QLED will get close to 0 burn-in like you said. But they are not 100% immune to it.

Anyone know how to place a soundbar in front of this stand? My TV stand is only 15.3 inches depth. I don't think my q900/990c soundbar will fit in front of the feet. There probably no way I could put the soundbar on the feet or if it even has enough height to combat the soundbar?

Setup and mounted. It's such a nice looking TV, even out of the box with a bright room (sunny 60° Feb day in Michigan)

Just get a table top swivel stand from Amazon and you can lift the TV to clear any center or sound bar. Just pay attention to the weight ratings and get one that way exceeds the weight of the set for extra peace of mind.

You could get something like this that mounts the sounbar to the bottom of the TV.

I think the concensus is you will have to go Video Source to Receiver, and then Receiver to TV.

Or $1950 for the 77" qd-oled s89c?

Not that I can tell. Using earc, I had to disable passthrough audio for Blu-ray on my Xbox which causes it to convert to dolby

I got this echogear adjustable stand because I wanted the TV to sit lower than the default feet. You can also raise it up and there's space to rest a soundbar on it.

I did the s89c, got it up today and am loving it so far. If you need the extra size for viewing distance, and your room isn't super bright, I'm sure the 83" is a bomb TV too. But this panel is flawless, and the brightness is just astounding for an OLED. Plus, an 83" would be an uncomfortably tight fit in my living room, and at a certain point, the larger you go, the more exposed non-4K content looks. Staying safely under $2k was a nice psychological factor for the wife, too 😂
