The metal filter before the paper filter does clog quickly, but after breaking it in removing the canister is quick. Only recommendation I have is if you plan to use both dry and wet make sure to buy separate filters.
For battery life usually takes me 5-10 minutes to get the car and I turn it off when i'm not actually vacuuming and I usually get 2-3 car cleaning sessions out of it before needing to charge the 2 mah battery I got with it.

I ordered one for store pickup and one for delivery

"The design is useless, I only suck dust, no water with this vac. The option is there is I need to vacuum water. Everything looks good in there instruction video.
But this vac is trash, the suction may seems strong at times but your only fooling your self."

It didn't said you cannot return individual item, right? I did similar deal before for store pickup, I didn't pick up the item I didn't want and expect them to automatically return, after few days, nothing happened and I need to go to store, pick up the item and ask them do a return at the same time.
Ya, thought $50 is about regular price for this kind of handheld vacuum.

this will come in handy where I don't need to be Hauling around the big and bulky vacuums for a quick light job. not to mention this will be great for liquid pickups where my 16 gallon craftsman can not do that without having to empty out the dry debris. 4ah batteries last 30 mins per battery, so 1 hr of cordless pickups for $20 is a no-brainer for me.
I bought 2 since I have 6 dogs, so 1 will be used as the dedicated pet vacuum (for light dog hair and the rare pee cleanups) and the other will be for the light and quick jobs in the car, and kitchen.
No charger, just battery

Good for the basics like confetti, but go small like sand embedded in carpet and you're just wasting time because they don't have a beater brush nor sufficient suction.
The other issue is exhaust and hepa filtration. Most handvacs don't have hepa filters, so tons of dust blow right back out the exhaust out your vacuuming carpets and fine powders. And guess which direction most exhausts are pointed at. Yep, you.
Nozzles help get the exhaust away from your face. E.g. https://www.directtools
