You pay the full amount on the phone. Then in 3-5 days they credit the trade in amount back to your credit card. I got 1 phone done. Waiting on the 2nd one to get the refund.
Yes, that's the phone. It was $39.98+tax at walmart. Didn't activate it on an account or buy a straight talk plan.
Go back to the store and talk to a manager. They might be able to fix it.
I just didn't go back and return everything because after a few minutes wasted, customer service was able to fix things.

because today i paid $67 total ( for 2 razrs +activations+ $15 plans x2) i traded my 2 old iphones 6plus and 7s. but i'm hoping they dont spread out the credits and just straight up cover it. can i still have these unlocked after 2 months, not owe them anything?
