samsung has free cable but x 1 port. the belkin one does not come with free cable but has 2 usb c port. both will do super fast charging for your samsung/android phone.
Yup, I would rather get an unknown name on Amazon than something that's probably fake

The Belkin is a great bargain that gives you the same functionality as two Samsung adapters in a single package. Of course, if you only need to charge a single device and prefer the Samsung brand the charger is a solid daily driver (I personally use a Samsung 45W adapter as my everyday adapter among various laptops and any phones in need of a quick charge).
The real trick is the vendors in these deals. woot! is generally a front [woot.com] for Amazon 3rd party sellers. Secondipity is a liquidation reseller. I'd avoid both for something as commonly counterfeited as a Samsung adapter, sticking to buying direct from Samsung or perhaps direct from Verizon or Best Buy. And given the state of woot! (which has diminished some of the Amazon-style buyer protections implemented shortly after acquisition) I tend to avoid deals on that site altogether.
