I never go above 50% bass on my ANC Crusher. Even 50% is a little too much for me at times. The whole value proposition of Crusher series is bass. I am happy with mine, although I like my Sony XM5s a lot more.

I haven't gotten any bad feedback from anyone on the other side, but the voice audio from calls are fine. One thing u need to consider if you're using it for conference calls is that this doesn't have a mute function. You have to mute from your phone. Fyi.
