Anyone able to request an unlock even if the phone is on and off the spectrum network? Activated the phone on Feb 9 and then upgraded the line later with a new phone so this phone has been only activated on first day.

Activate your phone on the same line with the same mode like eSim to eSim or pSim (original) with pSim. It worked for me.

Anyone got their phones unlocked and cancelled service at the same time through chat?? Tomorrow is 60 days so I will be trying that

edit: just tried chatting and was straightforward. just asked to unlock make sure phone is on and connected to internet and done within 5 second.

You can switch phone with esim using spectrum online portal. No need to get CS involved.

I was able to get my S24 unlocked through chat. Rep told me that I will not be able to use the phone with another carrier unless I cancel my service with them.
Is this true? I thought the phone supports dual SIM or eSIM. Can anyone please help?
