I'm here for the per Qtip cost analysis/ breakdown
Recently bought a 3 pack from Costco and the quality has taken a nose dive. The previous swabs were durable but these new ones are super flimsy and bend very easily. I would gladly pay more for the previous swabs but these ones are trash.

Decent deal on individual boxes. Some of their past sales on Q-tips required buying 6 boxes which is a decade's worth of queue tips for many people. That is manageable for people in houses with enough storage, but not practical for folks in apartments.
Q-tip branded swabs are good quality but nothing exceptional. I've purchased Amazon branded ones for $3 a box (long ago) and they were indistinguishable quality-wise from Q-tips.
Costco cheaper in store and at least recently was on coupon
I love Costco, but Q-tips are one of those things that 1750 of them takes us 4-5 years to go through... still, when we finally finished off the previous batch last month just when the monthly coupon book had them on sale, great satisfaction at $.6.79 for new pack ($0.00388 ...yeah, I have no life....)

Inflation and Shrinkflation - I'd say more on the subject here but we're not allowed to as you're not supposed to believe what we all experience on a daily basis.

$11.49 assuming 6% tax for 1,750 comes out to be about $0.0069
