    From what I understand, they will just throw somewhat-reasonable sounding names together, because it takes a while to register a company etc if you are going through names and finding the exact one that's not taken across all states you need to do business in. So often they just throw alphabet soup out to guarantee their name isn't already taken.

    Just remember, if you get a quality product, it will last a lifetime. Avoid this low grade cheap Chinese garbage, and please don't go based on any of the shilled reviews on Amazon. Stick to tools from companies like Klein, Knipex, etc. even Irwin (Stanley B&D) is decent. I wish people would stop supporting this kind of trash so they ultimately fall off Amazon listings, but Amazon is the one who is promoting this, as well as SD.
