It would be nicer if they listed values in dB, but regardless of the dB value of one fan, and assuming they do indeed produce the same dB noise level, two fans together should generate around double the noise thus adding 3dB to the rating.
Good luck!
Jon
Not sure if the db is accurate as it appears to somehow be quieter?
The value proposition on these sub 20$ thermalright coolers is phenomenal.

anyone know of a $15ish cooler that is 150mm or shorter that uses a 120mm fan?
i got the deepcool AG400 from microcenter yesterday, and strapped a noctua A12 on it. that did the trick. even with 6 concurrent docker VMs running it stays cool as a cucumber. adding a second fan made the cooler noise, due to turbulence i suppose. but with 1 fan it's completely quiet

I'm running on i7-9700k and getting about 32c idle. Previously i was running a stock intel cooler and was getting 45-50c. So this cooler definitely is doing its job. Its not super quiet but quiet enough that it doesnt bother me.
My biggest issue with Thermalright [a.co] is the huge ugly lettering on all their products.
ID cooling is more low key and the Frozn line [a.co] is their newest. It's working really well on my I7-12700k, and I saved a few bucks over the Deepcool AK620 [a.co]
