Not sure where you're getting your info from. Majority of gaming monitors sold today are VA panels. Quality VA panels produce much deeper colors and vibrancy which you won't see in IPS. Yes some ghosting is expected but only an issue for hard-core FPS shooters.
I was getting the same error using Firefox on my phone. Chrome seems to be working ok
compared directly with an IPS version of monitor, then this is a great deal.
I got excited when I saw the specs and price. Your post reminded me of how it looked in person at Microcenter. I'm sorry but it just doesn't look good enough for me. Thanks.

It's probably a typo of display port. Requires at least HDMI 2.0 to achieve 5120x1440 pixels and 2.1 factoring in the frame rate.
