The set seems to be an off brand
name, looks ok for $48, saying that it's mostly out of stock or $10 off shipped. I have an older box like this but I don't think your getting great quality here (I have had many different ones and looking at the photos says cheap).
Bought it last year although Sam's club made it almost impossible to pick it up. Had to be there in a one hour time window if you select pick up in store option. Have to wait forever for someone to show just to find the item and even more time to get it retrieved. Then you have to zig zag out of the store that takes forever. Add a bad leg pain I was having that day I wasn't too happy with the service. Doesn't make up for all the trouble I went through to get it at that price and for the price of paying for that membership fee, they didn't even offer free shipping. I no longer have a membership with them. Good riddance.
As for the tool box set. Love it. Just need to fool someone else to get it for you. lol
So you bought the membership just to buy a generic setup (because you mention the price) then complain because they had you pick up in the time they said and complain again because your leg hurt? WOW! Another reason the customer is ALWAYS wrong.

all these boxes are made by same company in Israel, just to different designs, specs.
Sams club has had this Tactix stack for many years. It's definitely no Milwaukee or Dewalt Toughstack, but its good for $40.
I put BBQ and firepit stuff in it to wheel around the yard, take portable. For the home DIYer, its a smaller box to throw your tools in and you'll be fine. If you want to show off or work as a pro tooler, go the big brands and their big boxes
I get these for pros, but why does everyone need rolling toolboxes all of a sudden?
Pretty good deal, considering the prices of the alternatives like the Milwaukee ones.
They look cool (Milwaukee, Dewalt, Flex, etc). It's like all the working stuff becoming fashionable - North Face, Canada Goose, Pickup trucks, Timberland, etc

Do you have a source for the claim these are all made by the same Israel company? I like to keep my money in the USA whenever possible. Which is hard to do these days.

not a claim, just google Keter and your favorite tool box brand. You'll recognize Keter also making a lot of deck and outdoor plastic furniture and storage
you'll never get stuff like this in USA, the engineering / manufacturing costs cannot compete on a global scale - and in this toolbox case, Keter can beat out everyone's price with some manufacturing edge vs even China, hence, why most of the good "hard plastic" item brands go to Israel. For the US, you'll see even high end brand like Tesla suffer in quality and features as you have to pay people in the US a living wage while trying to drive down cost (and even the cheap Tesla is expensive) whereas in other parts of the world you almost get slave labor wages. no one is going to care here as we are debating how good this $40 toolbox is worth buying, when in reality all the features, materials, shipping, handling, design etc is a lot more than that $40. and if you were to search for the thread from last year when this got down to $30 something at sams, people are still complaining about it being trash compared to a packout or toughsystem. thats the USA for you!

This brand is not for pros but not a bad deal if you want to store some tools/crafts away and have easy transport. The plastic on cheaper versions are not the same as the ones used in the more expensive Dewalt, Milwaukee, Rigid, etc brands. Cheaper plastic means degrading if left in sunlight leading to cracking/broken hinges and cases.
Also cheaper versions may not have waterproof seals to protect your gear if traveling/working in wet conditions.
From personal experience, Milwaukee is the bomb. Yeah it's more expensive, but it is heads above anything else. Long term it is the way to go if you use your stuff. If it's casual, the cheaper stuff like dewalt or rigid work fine.

Tactix is more of a Euro / Asia brand, in the US there's a similar design from Husky (Home Depot brand): https://www.homedepot.c

One thing to know is that almost all of these toolboxes are made in Israel by Keter; Craftsman, Ridgid, Milwaukee, Dewalt, Husky, etc.
