The 10" dual bevel sliding miter saw is powered by a 15-Amp motor that drives 4,800 RPM, delivering extended power and durability. Great saw and it is a good buy at full price given the competition in that price range, but not a holy crap deal by any means.

Not really. I got mine for 179 last year from Lowes.

Not at all. Rear rails suck as it has to sit an extra 12" off the wall eating up a ton of shop space if you build out a miter saw station.
I got a Metabo with forward rails for $199 not too long ago. Much better.
I believe you have to register the saw within 30 days to extend the warranty from 1 year to 3 years, at least that's the manufacturer's site says.

This is 10" not 12" is that a typo or is the 12" the better one
