I haven't had a quality soundbar or surround sound for years, and the q800c sounds amazing, so I can't wait to see just how good the 900 is.
Now, time to keep an eye out on a deal for the rears.
I bought the 800c tonight from Samsung via bestbiuy pick up and it's great for our one living room, but I have an 900c on way for the larger living room. so im excited to know your opinion between two
I also ordered the 900c for the larger living room. That came out too 511 after the rebate $50 but it's being shipped, after hearing the 800c I'm super excited for the 900c
You'll like the 800c zero doubts you won't
I clicked Best Buy, and boom 20 mins later I had it. it worked out as I had a Denon sound bar I bought 3.1.2 I was perfectly content with.. but after seeing these deals, I decided to return the Denon at same time as picking up this Samsung.
no regrets. I posted pic above, it looks great, and sounds great, and perfect for this situation

Part of me is thinking I should have gone all in and grabbed the 990 for the rears (FOMO) but at the time, I couldn't justify the price difference. I could wait and grab the 9500S rears on sale/open box, but they're not the same as the 990.
All in all, I think the 900 is more than enough for me and well worth the $500 I paid. It sounds great, the subwoofer puts out plenty of bass in my living room and I don't have an optimum seating arrangement for surround. If it wasn't for this sale, I would have stuck with the 800, for sure.
My only regret is if price drops much and if true 14 day return which I don't think so as I see nothing anywhere about this being processed through bb
The soundbar hits everything I need/want: been using tv speakers for like 10 years. Yeah these aren't going back unless price drops like 50%
Correct me if wrong, but since I bought 800c and 900c
They are both compatible with the 9500 satalites? May snag a set just to be able to swap back fourth if ever want a movie night or something. Downstairs I can make work, but couch is against wall. Idk if satalites feasible

It's only 160 dollar jump from 800c to 900c between both my orders.
Payment Summary
Subtotal $522.50
Shipping $0.00
Taxes $39.18
Total $561. Then rmnt giving $50 cb
I know these have been on sale like 495 but didn't need soundbar til now so it's moot. I'm content w this price and looking back at prior histories, March is last time this stuff went lowest price before no more info on it. Think this is the last few sales before it's dropped

I wasn't suggesting that the 800c is a bad bar (I have the 800b with 9500s and I am very happy) but since you bought 2 bars, I was just pointing out Samsung return policy so you don't get blind sided.
Yes. The 9500s is compatible with both bars. Moving them between the two bars is possible but I would recommend pairing them to one bar if possible
Purchased and got it
Q60C - $209.00 (sold out)
Q600C - $293.99
Q700C - $349.99
Q800C - $357.49 (sold out)
Q900C - $550.00
Q910C - $550.00
Q990C - $769.99 (sold out)
Sad I missed the Q990C as that is a killer price. For what its worth I also verified the same prices on an EDU account (not sure if they are always the same as EPP).

I came back to pick up, the reserved open box unit I just returned, and he was across from me mean mugging me. 74 dollars before tax, marked as "fair" scratches etc.
There wasn't a damn thing on it, all I did was remove some foam packaging so they couldn't tape it up and mark it as unopened. but marking as scratched etc, probably easiest way to mark as open box and mark discounted.
no regrets.
its whatever. but I made sure I didn't put my phone number in on the initial purchase so Best Buy didn't see I bought it, returned it, then bought it. same account. didn't want that
so if anyone wants to do it, totally doable.
Recently got a Samsung OLED TV so it'd be capable of Q-Symphony set up.
My current setup uses a receiver, 20 year old 3.1 speakers and I also have a wired headphone connected to the receiver's phono port to listen at night.
Maybe I have to use optical audio cable from TV to receiver to use the wire headphone at night.
