Wondering the same thing. Definitely more appealing than a nest mini. I'm mostly google based but I no harm in having both set up.

Likewise. I went from garbage amazon to Google. Now just wondering if Apple is better because their ecosystem and all Apple products I own have been good to me. The privacy thing for Google does concern me. I would be having in person convo with friends in my house and soon I would get feeds on that certain topic we discussed in my YouTube feed.

Same thing happens when I have a conversation near my phone on android. I use android phones. But a mac mini and ipad at home. I have a couple google max hubs but I just think apple will respond better although mini responds better than alexa. I prefer to be able to say "Alexa" but shawty don't understand too well. lol I can actually ask to play specific playlist of mine on google atleast. Tehy all listen in but the feeds after conversations is bizzard.

Google is honestly annoying trash . I've had Google homes and speakers since launch and they used to be awesome but now it's just non stop glitches or annoyances.

'Hey Google turn off lights" "okay turning off 5 lights. Sorry one of the lights wasn't available right now". YES BECAUSE YOU just turned it off… "hey Google turn off the tv" ..TV turns off.."sorry the bedroom tv is not available right now…cause you TURNED IT OFF!

also had groups working fine for 2 speakers in bathroom for literally 4 years. 2 months ago one of the speakers just reset itself…fine whatever I reset it and got it working. Then I created a new group…went into speakers and set up both to default to bathroom group….yet when u tell it to to play a song it only plays on one speaker!! wtf! Also don't get me started on when it is playing a song and I say "hey Google next song".."okay playing th4 next on bathroom group speakers"…WHY DO YOU HAVE TO ANNOUNCE IT ! JUST PLAY the next song and shut up.

Just trash software experience when it used to be good.

I thought it was just me. But yeah google I've been having problems with commands also for the past couple months or so. Especially with my philips hue commands.

It's annoying. Also it seems to just "guess' it thinks you said. Like I will give it a music choice and it just plays some crazy nonsense . Next time I see a HomePod sale I am dumping Google. Especially since home pods work with YouTube music now
