Has been working perfectly for about 6 months. Test mode came up with a tiny leak at a toilet that I quickly fixed. Have to put in sleep mode before the wife washes her long hair, or it thinks there is a leak and sends a warning before shutting off the water. The Flo tests itself each night by shutting off for about a minute and then turning on again. it does buzz as it turns on and off.
Moen changed the impeller design to reduce the problems of rusting that users report. Even if you get rust on the impeller, it is a really simple fix, or just replace it with an $8 kit from Moen.
I would rather spend $500 again, than go through the hassle that is insurance claims in my state and then getting dropped from my carrier for having filed a claim.

I have a leak sensor in the drain pan, one on the floor and one under the hot water recirculater and all three will engage the shutoff valve if any detect water. Plus they have temperature sensors, smoke detectors and a lot of other stuff.
I have wireless leak detectors placed below each toilet in case one of the supply lines rupture (very common) or if the toilet overflows, a detector at the washing machine, water heater and dishwasher. At the slightest sensing of moisture the water is automatically shut off at the main incoming line and a notification is sent to me via the app. The good thing is that if the power is out it doesn't require the optional hub and web connection since the valve and wireless detectors are all independently battery operated. The hub and web facilitates remote notification via the app and enables the ability to remotely manually shut off the main water supply.
If it was a false alarm, we know exactly what to do to fix it. Or, if it's a real alarm, we know exactly what sensor was triggered so we can fix it on the spot.
They also have water level and vibration sensors, so you can monitor swimming pools, cesspools, and well pump controllers.
Edit: Weird - I went reading through the comments and didn't notice others had posted their Yolink experience. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one!
Use citi credit card brings warranty from 5 to 7 years. I use citi premier card (99$ Af/year). I put all electronics spend on my citi card. Over years I've had 2 laptops and an iPhone fully refunded when they broke. All claims done by web form and email. No calling. Refund goes back to card.
In absence of a citi card, other card companies do similar. Worst case, always get warranty extensions on electronics with MECHANICAL PARTS. Things that move can wear out and break. You can literally guess if something will break based on reviews.

I guess you've never heard of Florida.
In 2012 I filed a claim for water damage in the garage related to a window. Was paid off, fixed. Then dropped from that carrier upon renewal
In a new house 2018 after home builder warranty expired I filed a claim because the AC vents were leaking into the attic causing condensation issues which ruined a couple ceiling spots. Less than $4k in damage, filed a claim. Dropped next renewal.
2016 on my rental property, the hot water heater started leaking, got the closet, drywall, and some of the carpet wet. I called to attempt a claim, I didn't have water damage coverage so I hung up and that was it. Next renewal cycle I was dropped from that carrier. Every insurance company I called would ask me if I fixed the water leak and asked to provide proof. Even though no claim was ever filed. Same property was dropped from the next insurer I had because they drove by and didn't like the way the roof looked, with pictures which what they highlighted was an overhang that was not even part of the roof structure. Now I have to use the state sponsored insurance(which is now the biggest insurance supplier in the state because the government wrote laws that got taken advantage off)
My parents in 2018 also filed a water damage claim on their property, denied renewal.
One of my best friends, last year filed a claim for his roof. Finally got paid 8 months later and got dropped even before he got paid out.
If you have time I have a long list of more examples. As climate change, natural disasters, and just homes and the stuff in them gets more expensive. Insurers will get more stringent in other states. Same thing is happening with cars, as they get more expensive to fix so will your premium.
