They list products associated with your account or you can search for one's bought elsewhere. My old Dot's showed up worth $5 gift card and the 20% on future eero purchase.
Update: they will apply the 20% off instantly even though the instructions on how trade ins work says future
Just login and look
I think I'll hold out for the 7 to come down in price.

Check the reviews--like us, many users report having really crappy wifi range, especially in the 5GHz band. We ended up throwing ours in a box (to be returned to Frontier when we end their service) and buying a different brand.
I suspect that this model is a bit too new and that eero is working out the kinks. Later revisions will probably be great.

The most recent update makes my M2 MBA and iPhone show 2 signal bars when I'm literally one or two interior walls away from one of my Eero 6 Pros, and while they're connected at 600-800ish TX, I'm lucky to see 100 down, but somehow 200-600 up on my 600/600 fiber connection. I've done tons of testing over the past couple of months, and it has to be something with the eeros, since there's almost no interference nearby on a half acre corner lot. Oddly enough, using a VPN makes the downloads 2-3x faster. I switched to a single Google Wifi Pro the other day, replacing 3x Eero 6 Pros covering about 5k single level sf, and the speeds are the same or better. I also had all of my Eeros hardwired, with zero speed change whether they were hardwired or wireless.
I didn't want to feel like bringing work home and that's what ubiquiti feels like to me
