I've had good success with the condition of the Factory Reconditioned products I've bought from DTO, and have even been able to LSA register some of them somehow. For the ones that the registration doesn't go through, I figure the price to buy it was so cheap I'll have no problem rebuying another if/when this one breaks.

The factory reconditioned RIDGID from DTO only come with limited warranty and no LSA.
I'd say 2nd best since flex batteries have lifetime warranty not service agreement with up to three battery replacements.
Got a dual charger for $40 on eBay a couple months ago. If I didn't already have the charger, I would get this. Battery prices are nothing special
Only 3 replacements is not equal to lifetime for heavy users, sorry.
All in all flex has the best warranty on batteries.
Edit: Even if you are a heavy user, a battery should last you a few year at least. I am a bus fleet mechanic that uses dewalt power tools. I have not had a problem with my batteries and I have been using them for almost six years now. I'd say 3 battery replacements sounds amazing if brands like dewalt or milwaukee offered it.

"Up to 3 replacements" isn't lifetime bud

Ridgid will replace the same battery 50 times in a decade if that's needed. It's literally the entire point of the LSA
Nope unlimited
