But if I bought this FreeSync version, will G-sync work? I have a Nvidia card.
My main gripe is build quality seems inferior to my AW3420DW IPS monitor. Base feels cheaper for sure.
I'd only buy this if you can get cash back (from certain websites) AND amex cash back.

I mounted mine on an arm immediately, so quality of the base was irrelevant to me.
Watch Linus' video on this, it helped me understand the difference and ultimately decided on the DWF version. https://youtu.be/k-6yc1dA--0?si=VKsfdYfTtS

First of all, it's an incredibly well built and sturdy monitor. The colors look incredible, and it's snappier than hell.
The only gripes I have so far about is that text can look a little blurry - I guess it's a symptom of the QD technology. There are firmware updates but you need a USB A to USB B connector to run them.
Overally I'd highly recommend the monitor, not only is it great for gaming and media but the extra screen real estate helps a lot with work stuff.
Get the wallpaper engine from steam and keep it running the background to avoid static wallpaper.
I'm tempted, but not having it is giving me pause since I would use it not only for pc, but also my Xbox or PS5. Unless there's a display port to hdmi I could use?
