Batteries, I have one extra, was open box (new) $50.
When I had the 3pro with 3 batteries, I found out 2 batteries is my real need. My third battery was collecting dust.

I think mine came from Adorama. Was Open box a while ago.
Mini 3, 3 pro batteries are the same.
The one I am using in a 3, came from a 3 pro.
Not sure about 4 pro batteries in a 3.
I got the same. Was thinking of springing for this but it looks like when I add another battery etc it's not so much of a deal. The mini 2 SE I bought from dji refurbished still had the plastic seal wrap on it. Aka wasn't even ever opened. And with the coupon they had going when I bought it, it was 20% more off.

Enforced? Fly it over a parade or near an airport and you may get a response. Otherwise in 6+ years of flying drones I've never been asked this or approached about it.
In my case near was interpreted about 1/4 to 1/3 of mile at 400ft.
Cops where at the door when I was landing the drone.
Nothing happened and I learned this rule.

1st drone, I was concerned with drone hitting something. I thought collision detection would be beneficial for a new drone flier.
