If they are anything like the set we bought many years ago. No. They chip easily. They look nice, heavy, but not durable at all.
But they are microwaveable.

We had a set of 18 year high end Mikasa which were much better but the kids had broken so many. These are thicker than Corelle but reminds me of a bit like them. Rather than a thick/ opaque white, this is a bit more translucent like Corelle. Like another poster mentioned, is probably very low bone content.
But for the price, it'll be fine until the kids move out of the house...

My mom had a Mikasa high end set from the 90s, if we broke even one, there would've been an amber alert out for us.
