Curious if anyone knows, could I mount a planer on the tabletop and the miter saw on the other side? I was going to diy a flip table but this seems like it could do the trick if it can support the weight of both.

I had the same question and looks like you can't mount 2 tools. There is a frame on one side, the side with handle so the flip top can only be rotated in one direction and the frame gets in the way if you want to mount a thing on the other side. Look at a video of the flip top rotating and it will show it. Hope this helps.

No, not without some serious modification. I picked this up on a previous deal, I enjoy it for the extra work space as I work in a garage shared w/ a vehicle. I may add some additional horizontal bracing for torsional stiffness but it works well for what I need. I am also able to use the extension arms as out feed for my Dewalt folding table saw/stand.

The rotating isn't the issue. The rear handle moves up and down or can be taken out entirely and the table flips in whatever direction you guide it. Your limiting factor is really how close you want it to the wall, however you can just pull it away if necessary.

I got the dewalt planer on this. 1 of the arms even lines up perfectly with the support.
Go to amazon reviews for it. You'll find a photo of someone else with it mounted.
