WalMart (HART) version is a lot cheaper and comes with battery
It's Costco. Just return it if you need to warranty it and it's getting denied by the manufacturer
If you want something DIY, 12 volt water pumps are around $50. Toss in an old car battery or use your car's battery. Add in some fittings to connect a small garden hose and you're set. Just be aware that stronger pumps require thicker cables.

I never knew this was a thing. I immediately thought of when I ran a 6 hour ultramarathon through a trail in central Florida and how disgusting me and my wife were after. Sweat, sand, salt, dirt/mud. We had to get in the car and drive 5 hours across state to Tampa to go to my little sisters graduation dinner from her masters program. After our race, we did as you said. Had several gallons of water left from our race supplies and dumped on ourselves. It felt absolutely amazing. However, it left a lot to be desired
This would have been wonderful to have afterwards. Especially to prep for a long car ride to our hotel.
Having said that, dunno if its worth 200 bucks. Maybe if I did those types of events more often. Or went camping
Truck stops like Flying J , Petro, TA, Pilot are all over the place , for $12/shower. And then you have Planet Fitness free shower, if you have membership, it's cheap .
I have the original non battery unit. If it sprays the same, I'm not impressed by it.
I also have the Walmart Hart version and a DIY sprayer. Personally, I like the DIY pump sprayer since it is more mobile and smaller. I use this to spray off remaining sand only when we go to the beach.

Great idea. Didnt even consider a truck stop, truthfully.
I confess that I am at a total loss on this one.
I am trying to understand why a couple of gallon jugs of water cant just be used to rinse off. If you wanted to go fancy, solar showers have been around for a very long time. Do you really need more pressure than what simple gravity can provide? As far as heating the water....the sun in the summer and pouring some water you heated on a burner into some cold in the winter.
If one needs more pressure, I used a garden sprayer when camping. We replaced the nozzle with a hand held shower sprayer. Paint it black, fill with water, sit it in the sun. A few hours later the water is warm and one can spray warm water. Not great in winter but boiling water and putting it in the garden sprayer would do the trick.
Showers, washing dishes, cleaning off muddy feet... And a 2 gallon garden sprayer is inexpensive.
ps We had a solar shower, but it leaked. the garden sprayer while more heavy and bulky is not going to leak like a solar shower.
The Flextail Gear Max Shower for $50 is leagues ahead of this on value and portability. Pair it with a 5 gallon collapsible bucket and you're set.
That looks pretty nice, although it's listed for $75.99 on their site (just Google it). What got me to try the Rinsekit is that it's all in one self-contained unit. When I'm at the beach, there are many times that I'm not by any fresh water, although I could get the Flextail and take along a sealed water container. Spoke to a friend who originally raved about the Rinsekit (he had the manual pump version), but he went through 3 of them when the internal bladders failed on all of them.

I got mine for $50 from Target's site (no case included, but I use the box), then bought a collapsible bucket for like $9. I just about only ever camp near lakes and rivers so never carry water for anything but drinking. Rinsekit looks cool too. I love gear/gadgets like this.
I wonder if one is invested in ryobi system then just get the 18v ezclean pressure washer and use the rinse head.
I like this idea, have more 18v batteries than I can find uses for. See that there is a soda bottle adapter and it's on sale for $69, may give this a try.

It's a quote from Big Daddy. Shrug it off.
