And my account had a button for "redeem" $25 off with code "4KADD". I already have two 4K sticks with alexa voice remote and do not really need the "latest and greatest" model though.
The Fire Stick 4K was also $25 during mid-late November 2023, whereas the Fire Stick 4K max was $40 at its lowest for several periods. I got coupons for both devices, says coupons expire June 28.
Both sticks (both from 2023) have AV1 decode support (the previous Stick 4K v2 (2020) didn't have AV1, while the previous Stick 4K Max v1 (2021) and current Cube v3 (2022) has AV1). Good to have as that's the highest quality encoding from YouTube (and possibly other provider who may jump on Google's bandwagon and adopt the free AV1 to avoid the HEVC/H.265 licensing costs).

I clicked the option to upgrade for 20% off and then realized I had the $25 off for the 4K max. But it's impossible to disable the upgrade option once you activate it. Rep told me to purchase with upgrade and chat back for the promo. I ended up getting $33 back on the $40 item. YMMV.
