I have the rp-1200sw and have a pair of rp-500m II's coming tomorrow. I really want a 504c but my fireplace mantle is only 7" deep and the wife said no covering up the fireplace with a stand. I don't know what other options there are that are a quick fix. Any ideas?

There must be a lot of these still floating around. The RP600M is a decent horn bookshelf. It's also really cheap to improve. If you change out that mylar cap on the horn for something like a clarity PX, same values, really takes the edge off the top, much smoother and all of about 8 bucks per speaker

Are there any YouTube videos that show you how to do it? I got one and quite satisfied with the top end. However, the bass could be tighter.

crossover is on the back panel. pull that off. note the size of the smaller cap. order that same size in a clarity px from madisound. remove old cap and solder in new one. that's all there is too it. if you lack bass try running your sub 180 out or reversed polarity. see if it improves
Great price, I was actually looking for Ebony and it looks like the deal is only for Piano Black, I have never seen this color but I am guessing it is glossy, If anyone owns this, I would love to hear your thoughts, are all your speakers Piano Black.

I have the piano black and they look gorgeous. Really brings up the product quality with this finish compared to the other ones I have see that are basically vinyl wraps. They do get dusty easily so need to account for that and need to be careful when handling them since they can get scratches easily.

Right now, these stools are perfect height for the sofa seating.
I bought these in 2022 nice and heavy. Bought some cheap velcro straps on Amazon since I have cats and they like being daredevils.
