First off, I very rarely purchase digital titles because of the volatility of licensing rights and distributor availability. However, when I was looking to purchase volume two of season 1, I found that you could buy the whole season for way cheaper than a Blu-ray copy for any of the volumes. You can buy season 1 and season 2 for a lesser price than you can for a new copy of season 1, volume one. This was a Showtime/Starz feature and season 2 was never released even on DVD for region 1 and definitely not on Blu-ray anywhere. Season 2 is available to watch on Amazon prime with commercials. I will gladly fork over a few dollars to see it without commercials and probably in better resolution as this is HDX for both seasons.

Maybe. But some of us have decided that life is too short to waste any more of it watching ads, and would rather spend the price of a fast-food meal to avoid doing so. It's nice to have the option at any rate.

I remember watching this series almost 20 years ago when it came out. I believe it came on showtime. I watched every episode at the time. It was a real good. I'll definitely will be watching this again.
