I don't think your 1300 nit phone is going to be bright enough on the sun either though...
Any thoughts if I should return the Legion [costco.com] and grab this?

The 4080 jump from the 4070 is pretty significant this gen. If main priority is gaming, I would go with this Alienware.

I own both Alienware and Legion Pro. Personally prefer the Legion more due to software support. Dell's software is a glitchy mess. Lenovo's just seems to work better. Also, Alienware motherboards are inverted, which means you'll have to disassemble the laptop entirely if you need to repaste the CPU in the future. I'm dreading that day.
Hmm while I will be gaming, I'm also gonna be mostly using it for design programs like Adobe. I might stick with the Lenovo even if the card is higher level on the Alienware. Thank you!

Also it's a small thing but I missed having the 10key on my last laptop and I love that the Legion has it!
My old laptop is the Alienware 17 from 10 or 11 years ago which is over 9 lbs so this isn't too bad lol.
I signed up for a new account but didn't receive the 10% off right away. I chatted online with Dell. They wanted me to jump through some hoops, and I told them to forget it. Within 2 minutes of ending chat I received the coupon code in my inbox. No idea if it was a coincidence or not.
Oh, and I somehow had $10 in "Dell Allowance" to apply to the purchase after tax.
