You tried picking in-store? Or what was the problem? I'm trying in-store pick-up.

Also was your service charged when it was picked up for in-store?

I cancelled after 2 days and said that i didn't recognize the $35 activation fee.

I got a $49.98 bill and the next day it went down to $6.14 for the 2 days of "usage" lol

Phone is UNLOCKED and already flashed! All ATT Crap is Gone!

Not sure what went wrong. Followed all the suggested steps but unlock request did not go through citing "this device is still associated with an active ATT account". Called CS and they can't see the device associated with my account. Then I was given the usual "waiting for 60 days to unlock" msg. Anyone running into this msg? Thanks.

It's good to know that you are able to get the code. This is only the second time I'm hearing CS giving out the code.

What's the best way to cancel the service?

Ordered tello number in AM
Picked up at store in afternoon with tello port
Port status still in process
Did sim swap. ATT recognized my device after swap
Requested unlock code and got the unlock code successfully
Did some test call using visible in s23 and works.

Now trying to cancel the service via chat. Says no reps available.
Need to chat on Monday?

Edit looks like my billing period ends in three days. It's odd

Anyone tried purchasing unlock code via ebay or third party unlocking services? I found one at ebay for about $10, and one of the requirements seem to be all Att bill need to be paid. So after canceling service and paying off the final prorated bill, the ebay unlock code should theoretically work.
