    I think it depends on the cruise ship security. I tried to bring something similar to this and was told to leave at port and take it back during disembarkation. So if they see it prolly no go

    i got this last year for $48. It's able to super charge my samsung s23 and tab s8 at 38w at the same time. it's able to charge my laptop st 60w. Worth it at this price.

    This unit works well for up to 20v 5a over one port. Solid sustained 100w without overheating. It does renegotiate all ports when any other device is connected which can be annoying when using it as a power supply and causing that device to restart.

    Bought the 65W version and then came across this [amazon.com], took a leap of faith and actually was quite impressed. Feels better built than the Baseus and comes with a very nice, long braided USB-C cable as well

    However I knew nothing about UL so try it on your own risk
