The Puyallup, WA store had about 15 units left after I purchased mine.

I will never purchase another Orbi product and I can't recommend them for any price. I have a support ticket open with them that's been going for months with no resolution. The mesh system we have has constant drops and has to be reset every couple of days because all devices stop getting a signal.
I had the same system and the constant disconnects and satellites randomly restarting were it fun. I went with another brand and couldn't be happier.
I've owned Orbi products, and had problems with them from day one. To make matters worse, they only had 90 day support....though that may have changed. And, while this is purely subjective, I think they're the ugliest home electronic devices on the market.
I now have TP-Link Deco mesh products...been fantastic since install which was a breeze. Not one hard or soft reset in over two years.

Also came to say I've been in the Orbi family for over 5 years and have been very happy with their products.
I started with a RBR50, then RBR750, and now a RBR760, all purchased from Costco. The great thing is if I did have any issues with it, I can just easily return it to Costco.
Netgear tech support sucks...only 90 days. I had an expensive router that wouldn't connect to the internet after 4 months. Tech support rep had me check several configurations and told me he had the solution....but it would cost me 50.00 since it was past 90 days. I told him to forget it and called a friend in IT and had back online in less than a minute, by having me unplug it from the power, waiting 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
I have an Orbi system and when it works it's awesome. The problem is one satellite between the three goes down nearly weekly. The satellite will reboot and then will not have firmware. To fix this I have to unplug the system and restart. This is a nearly every 5 day experience. The customer is non existent. Having said that hopefully at this price it is a much less frustrating experience because it does an excellent job when running smoothly!
I had it for 3 years. Best connectivity and never any drops. But they charge a monthly subscription for basic feature like parental controls and they ha e some other subscription for security controls. It's a rip off. Paying $500+ original and still asking for subscription is a peak corporate greed. However at this price is worth.

And they will try to sell you premium support at every step… just buy eero or some other brand, and think of the $ over 99 as the fee for peace of mind
Orbi is awful. I work from home and had constant drops during calls. Talked to net gear support for months, they kept saying it was my internet provider. They came out three times and made some updates to the lines. Literally no difference, finally got Orbi to send me a new one under warranty, exact same issue. I have gig internet and the thing just couldn't handle it. Maybe you'll have better luck at lower speeds but I need it for work and just eventually gave in and leased a system from my internet provider. Have not had issues. Awful experience.

I can echo your experience with their support. I won't go into all of the details of my experience, but like others here I sold mines and purchased a different brand and couldn't be happier. Literally got rid of all of my Netgear stuff (Netgear/Arlo/Orbi) after my experience.

PS. Maybe I'll check my local Costco when I get gas tomorrow. 😅
