Cons
1. Heavy – Especially compared to my dell Inspiron 13 5310 (I know that's a slightly smaller laptop but still the weight difference is massive)
2. Only 1 thunderbolt 4 port
3. Touchscreen not the greatest imo. I was trying to read a manga by swiping using the touchscreen and so many missed swipes. Unusable for swiping to read manga like an iPad (let me know if there is a fix for this)
Overall, very few laptops at this price point come with thunderbolt, which I need to connect to my monitors. So even though I am dis-appointed with the touchscreen, I plan to keep it.

After the upgrade, external drives started to constantly disconnect with errors when copying a large number of files. Memtest shows errors also. None of that happens with the same drives on a different laptop or the original RAM stick on this laptop.
I don't know if 20GB would be much better, but I reckon the "Up to 12GB total" bit is there for a reason. The CPU might support 2x32, but the PSU might not.
Seriously considering returning, because this kills the deal for me.

Have you tried transferring a largish number of files (~100GB) through the thunderbolt port?

The 2 performance cores of the i3 really makes the general operation of the laptop very snappy.
Usb-C charging works. Usb-C hub with power delivery works too.
Only gripe is would like more ports on the left side.

Yes. They price matched it for me, as a one time courtesy. They told me they don't usually price match micro center but they did.
Did you run memtest again without any transfer at the same time? Also, did you try any other ram module? Bad ram module can cause all kind of issues

Anyway, these are great machines. Aside from the crappy battery time...
I don't think you can find another 12th gen with touch 1200p laptop with TB4, HDMI 2 2 in 1 anywhere else!
