Bought a 65 inch LED about 7 1/2 years ago for $1k and was wondering at what point we would see an OLED at the same price. I said I would replace the TV at that point. The day has come. The problem is now I want a 75 inch.
Yep, I did. It showed on their device for $1399, I'm just wondering if I should have had them physically scan it or bring it to the register
Thanks to those that shared this!
I just picked one up in Houston for the $1000. It was marked $1399 and initially rang up $1399. The employee was like hang on if others are scanning at a lower price let me try my other device so he scanned it with something else and it pulled up at $999.

Interesting, I wonder what was different about what they used! As they just had a small scanner about the size of a phone and they looked it up on there. In store tags showed $1599, their device showed $1399

I'm assuming the other device they used was an inventory management device that had the markdown queued for the tv. Like I said you have to either wait or ask them to work the markdown.
No; unless they can pull the price up on a web browser they will not match, add to that they specifically mention that they will not match clearance pricing.
Store near me in Somerville, MA showed limited stock. I went there and all the TVs were labeled with clearance pricing. I asked about the 55" C3 on the wall and they offered me an additional 20% off the $750 price. When they rang it up, however, the max discount in the system was 10%.
After Red Card I paid $640. Still feels like a good deal!

out of stock and the stores that do have stock are still full price.
Btw, LG C3 77" or Samsung S90C 77"?
That's where I'm stuck.
