lincplus T3 for $110ish
or the
iplay 50 mini pro NFE for $140ish.
These are the two best budget deals around. Have both, both are amazing tablets. ONLY downside is the iplay has one mediocre speaker (but I use Bluetooth headphones)
MAYBE, the Samsung 128GB/8GB SD695 for $175 (cause of the updates).

Having had it a few days, here's been my experience so far.. TCL delivered it Fedex and it arrived in just a few days. It only comes with the tablet, a charger and a thin pamphlet. My original intention was to buy a Kobo color reader to read some color graphic novels and comics along with regular ebooks, but this item piqued my interest, so after watching a few reviews, I took a chance on it.
The "N-Vision" app lets you toggle certain color profiles for gaming, movie watching, book reading, etc. I installed Libby, borrowed a comic and read it in my Kindle app and it looks really nice.. vibrant and easy on the eyes, which is what I wanted, along with less of a page delay and the option to use it for other things.
I streamed a hockey game on it and it looked surprisingly sharp, with no discernable dips in quality. My last tablet (just a decently reviewed no-name brand from Amazon) had decent specs, but would dip a few times when streaming video. I have to say that watching things on this tablet makes it more pleasant of an experience because of the matte look and the wide viewable angles. The speakers sound quite decent for a tablet and since they're four along both sides, there's less of a chance you'll block all of the sound while handling it.
All in all, I'm quite satisfied with my purchase even though I paid quite a bit more for it.. but I figured If I could post it and someone else could benefit from my missed opportunity, it would make me feel slightly better.
Based on youtube, this tablet has a normal LCD display with a diffuser on top to give it 110 degrees of view but make the image softer in a process. Basically, any HD content will appear not as crisp. But for AndroidAuto it is a plus.
