I just called them and they confirmed this is the dell xps. Spec on the title is correct. They've notified their team to correct the overview/description.

I called asking about the return policy on my most recent order. They asked me if it was because of the posting and I said yes. They confirmed that what SHOULD be going out is the XPS in the title and same story about correcting and if what arrives isn't the XPS that they will 'swap it out'. We'll see!

Woah! That's a lot of computer for that price, IF it is the XPS! In that case, this is a killer deal at this price!

EDIT: Now, it all makes sense! It's a s#!tty Optiplex! They probably did a stunt intentionally, hoping some would still keep it and not return. Big Grin

They just changed the description of the computer to a shitty optiplex. I had ordered it when the description was 13700k/3090 and they literally changed it under my order page on Newegg. Would be unbelievable if they actually do that and send me the optiplex instead of cancelling my order.

They know they messed up, I'd be a little shocked if they sent us the optiplex knowing we ordered before they fixed their error. 1,000 usd for the specs on this particular optiplex is insanely overpriced. Guess we'll see, I can't cancel.

I saw these comments, looked at my order page showing the xps, screenshotted it, refreshed the page and now see the optiflex. I might need that evidence later, so thanks. Hoping they ship me an xps lol but I'm expecting this order to be cancelled

I placed the order when the description was still the XPS gaming PC (I took a screenshot). I see the order has been retroactively changed, which seems super shady to me. I contacted customer support via chat, and they were already very aware of this situation. They would have shipped out the incorrect PC, but they canceled it for me ultimately.
