The S9FE has a slightly better processer, a slightly bigger screen with a 90hz refresh, more memory if you're trading in a 64GB S6, slightly better battery life, IP68 water and dust resistance, and significantly faster charging (45W vs 15W)
The S6 has an AMOLED screen with slightly higher pixel density (after having seen the S9FE's screen, I can tell you that the difference isn't major), an under-display fingerprint reader, a significantly better camera, a slightly better GPU, four speakers, faster USB-C transfer speeds, and support for DEX (this kills the S9FE if you're a dex user, though you can still output video using the S9FE's USB-C port).
Ultimately, I think it comes down to you figuring if you want continued software support and the newest version of Android or not (if you don't use DEX). The tradeoff seems pretty even, and your $100 would be spent mostly just to have a brand new tablet under warranty that has no wear and tear. You'll also get a new Stylus, assumedly with any advancements Samsung has made since the S6 came out, if you use the tablet for drawing.
To note, if you're talking about the S6 lite (2020 and 2022), this is just a straight upgrade that's worth the $100 if you can affod it. You'll only really be losing a headphone jack.
Also, it might be important to mention Samsung is only going to offer less and less for the S6 Lite and S6; if you trade in now, you'll retain some trade-in value for any future upgrades. Samsung always has crazy good trade-in deals in the US around the time phones and tablets release.

Also, this is probably an American-only deal. If you're outside the US, there's a chance the territory you're in doesn't even have the FE version of the S9; Samsung's been pushing the S6 2024 outside of the US as their budget tablet instead.
