But these pre-workouts do work, and they do get you jazzed up to go do things. So if you want, at this price, I'd give it a try. I do recommend taking a half dose though for a while to get used to it. A full dose if you're not expecting it can be... weird feeling, to say the least.

What's the percentage of beta alanine in the supplied 3g performance blend?
Ran out of C4 recently and bought some cheap six star at WallyMart. Not good at all. Happy to see this thread and pick one up.
I take this because I train before the family wakes up. I'd wake them all grinding beans and making coffee otherwise. So this works instead a few days a week.

Sadly, that's not reality here in AD 2024. Due to the ferocious competition from (mainly) Asian copycats, an American company often has to protect itself by using proprietary formulations, etc. If not, guess what happens? The copycats produce an identical product and retail it for a much cheaper price on guess where? Amazon! Don't get me started on how Bezos and Co. invited the countless Chinese scammers in the 2000s and now are claiming to crack down on them. 😂
