It can probably only play the one song from the video. I'd expect the listing to have other options if you could get it with different songs.
I'm going to pick it up and try to replace the music box cylinder to customize it as a gift. It looks like that is possible, though not necessarily simple.
Edit: I see now that there is a bunch of music playing in the Amazon videos. That is confusing. I'd look it up on YouTube to hear what it sounds like.
