YOU and many others are the reason Costco will eventually completely overhaul their returns. They could make the entire warehouse no return and people will still come bc there is no alternative that even comes close, Sam's is like a street fair in comparison.
Buy AppleCare+ like a normal human and IF you have issues then you make a claim not just file for free headphones or return them - that INCREASES the cost for everyone and dissuades how generously Apple replaces items esp high profit margin items like Airpods.
Nothing in the world is more embarrassing than people who abuse Costco return policy AND then brag about it like "yo im so cheap and SOOO proud of it everyone look hurry I am so FRUGAL by using a product for years and returning it"

I agree with much of what you wrote, but clothing? Do you never try it on at a store or buy and have to return if it doesn't fit?
This is sticking an electronic in your ear canal full of wax and other bacteria.
But you are right trying on clothing at the mall or when it gets delivered at home is just as bad in the sense that it's not clean to wear against your body without a layer (example i know tons of girls who refuse to try bikinis without a thin liner underneath)
Costco grifters will always exist i just wish they extended their 90 day return limit to headphones so scum bags like the ones found in any ear bud thread would stop this stupidity
Imagine being this broke and this out of touch "har har har my Airpods battery isnt at full capacity i will return them at Costco because that's their policy har har har, better get that half eaten taco platter and return that as well the spices werent the best"

You are the bad people who ruin things for the good people and laugh all the way to the bank as you "think" you are getting one over on people by "gaming" the system
