Agreed, it's a good price. That said, The pistol grip one is better for wires that are minimally exposed, and the pistol one is also a more precise strip length and the mechanism is less likely to abrade the remaining insulation.

Having been stripping wire for about 3 decades and having used every type of tool on all insulation types I gotta say I wouldn't want to have that gun style. In fact it's the only style I don't own at home or business. they are a bit slow to load and don't make it easy to vary wire length.
