Four bucks extra guarantees you 3 years of use with the Allstate warranty. $16 = works a few times or $20 = works for 3 years, or gets replaced free.
Worth it for just the 2 wired mics alone
Not necessarily replaced free, you get your money back minus the $4 for the warranty. I doubt All-State will have more of these hanging around in 2 and a half years. It would be much cheaper for them just to give your $16 back.
I think not having rechargeable battery is a downside.
Other poster corrected me this apparently have AC plug.
