    It was during 2022. I think Amazon had excess inventory from ordering way too many due to covid demand which went went away, so they sold them off dirt cheap. The deal was posted to SD several times.



    Yep, I got pairs of each of those sitting in my gym now. Smilie TIP: Use a white Sharpie oil marker to color in the indented numbers on them to make them easier to identify.

    Depends on body weight, physical ability, mobility, etc. I'd watch some YouTube single kettlebell workouts so you can get a feel of what you'd need.

    I would not consider this set for a first time user with any kind of shoulder weakness or injury. Find a starter kettlebell that's super light (say 13lbs or 18lbs) and work your way up slowly as you get comfortable with the movements.

    I got a 30lb and 20lb in 2022 and wanted another 30lb to do thrusters and other compound moves that require two kettlebells. Can anyone confirm if there is a 30lb kettlebell available?

    These will come beat to heck and chipped / scratched. I'm on my third replacement of a kettlebell from amazon. Tried ordering from Walmart too. They don't get packed well enough and the shipping people spitefully beat the heck out of them for being heavy.

    Lol. Do you use them or look at them? It's a solid chunk of iron, it will serve it's purpose without a problem for at least 500 years with or without scratches. Buy a $3 can of spray paint and it will be less work, time, and effort than returning them over and over.

    15-20 lbs.

    For supporting muscles you'll want something smaller too, like 2-4. Can fill up a water bottle or something to get there I bet

    It can, but so can dumbbells, bands, etc. Improving shoulder weakness will be more about doing exercises for that than what types of resistance you use.

    A lighter weight would also likely be more preferable if that's your goal

    I would say get a kettlebell, sure, but a resistance band or two might be better for your goal.

    FYI as someone who has trained with these cheap kettle bells A LOT. Be prepared for a lot of paint chipping off. It'll shed over time and the exposed chipped paint can occasionally dig into your hand. I noticed it was particularly bad with the 35 black coated ones. If it's all you can afford and are comfortable with patching up the paint yourself by all means, but if you can splurge for the cost I'd say buy a more legit model
