Very good deal. So many of the essentials that would cost closer to $1000 if bought separately. If I didn't have most and was looking for a tool set, I'd jump on this

HD's kit is not the XR version, also this kit has all *real* tools, HD's has the cheap work light as one of them for example. Their competing kit is $100 cheaper but this is the better choice of the two.

This is a good deal if you haven't already bought individual tools/batteries etc as needed already and want to go all in from the get go.

For the people looking at the dozens of variations of these tools, this is the kit to buy. The batteries are good (many of these kits have one good and one small battery), the tools are all good variations, and there are no fillers like worklights. If there's a tool you don't need, you should be able to sell it and make some money back.

I just picked this up, they're all brushless but much to my dissatisfaction they are not top tier versions. All the plastic seems cheap and chintsy.... the drill while metal chuck is only the 2spd not the 3... circ saw bottom guard looks like it'll crack If you stare at it.... hoping they hold up. I'm a contractor and am hard on my tools.

All of the tools are XR brushless except for the 6 1/2" circular saw. That specific tool is not the XR version. Still a great deal getting 6 of the 7 tools in this combo as XR but just a heads up!

Also seems to say 5ah and 2ah battery one part of the description and two 5ah later in the description. They can't seem to make up their mind on what they are selling.
