I would guess not? (at least if you are in Florida) My full size rigid could barely clear my drain pipe full of algae gunk. If your pipe permits it, make an adapter for your garden hose and push the gunk to the outside with water. Was typically way faster for me and less fuss than sucking with a vacuum. You need to make sure the water won't go in the ac unit or back up the air gap, so it depends on if your drain line allows you access.
Yes, I actually have and it worked just fine for the A/C drain in my attic in South Texas. Most convenient thing ever because that job sucks, literally, lol
Dyson and a 50ft extension cord checking in. Yeah
This kind of vacuum is designed more for quick cleanup after a job e.g. cleaning up drywall dust after cutting out an opening for a new outlet or switch.
Vacuuming a car is a lot more sustained runtime and that's going to chew through batteries. Corded is more ideal unless you're just doing quick spot cleanings.

I 3D printed some packout legs for mine and it's brilliant. Now I can grab the vacuum and have a few packout items attached below it for a quick job. Love it.
it is. there is an attachment for the back of the unit so it can hang from a pack out vertically.
I used it to clear out the drain pipe in my mini split a/c. Did great!
