I use Instacart a lot (probably more than most people) and whenever I have an issue they have always fixed it with very little effort on my part. Most orders are completely issue-free as well.

I calculated a 10% markup for Costco after the discount of up to 7% for having IC+, then 5-20% in tip, which means 15-30% in extra cost. Is 13.3% for Costco, or some other store?

Same. As a very early adopter of grocery/essentials delivery who later sustained a TBI (traumatic brain injury) and remain unable to drive,

I feel like a bit of an expert on the various services available. Between 2016 an now, I've used Amazon, WM, Shipt (on its own and via Target), Kroger, Sam's Club, Doordash, Uber, Favor, BBB, Lowe's, and probably more I'm now forgetting. While Instacart's far from perfect, it's the platform I rely on most because delivery's fast, prices are transparent (albeit inflated), they wrk with the most stores in my area, I've never faced pushback or hurdles from their customer service when things have gone wrong. Doordash, Uber, and WM, on the other hand, arw a different story Frown
