At the very end of the description they say: "Not for use on unfinished leathers (such as suede), fabrics (canvas), floorings, clear plastics, gauge panels, or headlights."
Also, under features and details they state "All 303 Products are good for 2 years after the packaging date on the bottle". As someone already mentioned, that's a whole lot of product to use in two years.
The best. If you own a boat, 303 is essential. Thanks OP.
I bought a gallon of this in 2015 according to my Amazon. I filled my smaller spray a few weeks ago and works as good as the day I bought it. I store it in cool dark garage so ymmv

I soaked my car windshield wipers in this. My wipers are still working great 3 years later. I was wondering the other day why I hadn't had the need to buy new windshield wipers and then I remembered using this. This stuff is good.

Actually they sell it for marine and Auto. They just relabeled a bottle without the word Marine on there. And I talked to the folks at Gold eagle. It's the same solution whether it says Marine on one gallon with one sticker or automotive on another gallon with a different sticker. Same product, but that's a steal at 43
According to project farm testing, this thing didn't do much and almost completely useless, not sure where the thumb up come from. BTW, I did own this.

No need for the "actually."
That sums up the world of "marine" products - the vast majority of them are identical to non-marine formulas, but with a different sticker and a higher price. Don't fall for it. Engine oil would be one significant exception.

I've had good results with this but admittedly haven't done any side by side testing.
Does this work on cloth/cotton, e.g. non synthetic? Just put a porch swing together yesterday and I think the cover is cotton. Used some 303 on it just for the hell of it.
Screwed up by putting nail polish remover on a plastic door panel in my truck, in order to get a pen mark out (as Google said that was a good idea). Must have dried out the plastic or something, as it was several shades lighter. Put some of this on, and can't tell the difference now. Absolutely a life saver.
Also used it in my engine bay in my car, and when I took it into the dealership a week or two ago they saw the plastic engine cover and said "this is new".
Again, this stuff is incredible.
If you want a killer engine bay product, check out Koch Chemie Motorplast. After you clean the engine bay and rinse it, you can just spray it on the wet engine bay and let it dry. It has "plasticisers" in it so it coats it. Best stuff.
Yeah, nail polish remover will attack most plastics (acetone). I think the majority of automotive plastic are Polypropylene now, which is generally immune, but the plastic discolors as it ages and you end up getting discoloration either due to it cleaning that discolored (idk if that is technically oxidized, but maybe) layer or because there is a vulnerable pigment in the plastic or there is a surface coating. ABS on the other hand, which is still used but usually on smaller parts (inserts for door handles, vents, cup holders, small trim pieces, etc), can straight up melt from acetone.
When I worked at a place that made fiberglass pipes, there were just pails of acetone laying around to clean the all-metal tools. Someone threw a pair of scissors in with what I'm guessing was plastic Polystyrene handle and it dissolved the handles off.
Acetone is bad stuff. It can absorb through the skin
Run down based on my experience, using this on rubber and on the top paint of my cars since it protects the paint and clearcoat . It restores color for trim buy last like 1 month. If u want it to last longer after ur Done washing ur car apply 2 coats letting it dry and buff in-between applications.
TLDR
works on paint[will be matte and if not biffed off will be chalky ish] , rubber ,leather anything . Will protect 1 coat last about a month while 2 coats last about 4 .
You can use it as a detailer, but it will leave a matte finishing no shine . [Using it on top makes sense to me since no one see the top racks of ur car and it get beat by the sun] really it's solid for all materials just some it may leave a chalky residue after a while when water gets on it. Good product use it on my bike and cars makes hoses pretty and helps keep em from drying out . [As a black trim restore, its meh use turtle wax trim restore the new black one is really good ]

He's looking at it from a RESTORING point of view. ... If used from the start as a PROTECTANT, it does work.
Also, this does not give off a HIGH shine.
I wouldn't advise using a TRIM restorer on your dash or seats.

True, but almost at the end of the video, he use meter to test UVA decrease with coating and result is not good, so it didn't block UV that much.

Why not get some paint protection film? Prevents pitting as well

I've had great results with Helmsman Spar Urethane clear gloss on headlights applied with a paintbrush.

I did purchase some, so I can experiment with it on my 20 year old Acura that is beginning to yellow.
