well now its worst because now you have 2 different color products. obviously you can buy a keypad, but someone buying this is clearly buying it for the aesthetics, and buying 2 different products not only makes it worst but now the colors are all off
Total number of people thinking they need the numpad is vastly higher than people who actually do. I should know, I was one of them. Ergonomics of a short keyboard far outweighs the convenience of at best occasional use of the keypad—unless you are in the small minority of people who actually needs it.

Yeah, but a TKL ain't short. It's mid-size. I'm not buying this for the opposite reason— I want a 60 or 65%.

Absolutely valid. Although I'd argue that is more niche vs TKL. Function keys, etc. have more utility and usage.
