Honestly I like my old iPad but for some reason it started getting slow and I don't think this is my perception. I'm talking here about watching YouTube and browsing Safari at the same time. So no, it's not like very slow but it annoys me when I switch tabs and websites take forever to load while watching videos. I still recommend everyone the 9th but it is not good for multitasking imo. I think the whole performance is related to battery health and my battery is in really bad condition.

Walmart deal seems to be dead, at least around my area. Most still show in stock (all but starlight) and I was able to order, but the orders got cancelled right away because of "exceeded quantity". I tried separate orders for blue, pink, purple, and gray for shipping and they all got cancelled right away. Then I tried to find local stock and found a few stores with various colors except blue, but they got cancelled as well. I guess I waited too long to decide.
I then ordered from Amazon and so far not cancelled and should be delivered tomorrow. I was hoping to get one each 64gb in blue, purple, and pink for 3 upcoming birthdays, but Amazon only had blue and purple for $399, the other colors were $449, so I ordered 2x purple and 1x blue. I also ordered Apple Pencil 2 for each iPad ($79). Amazon is cheaper because of 5% back with prime card, but I have some Wally GC I was hoping to use. Oh well.

Depending on your timeline, sure but probably not by much. Since this model is being discontinued with the new iPads dropping tomorrow, stores will be looking to clear current inventory. Yeah at 399 these are a great value compared to the newly reduced 10th gen iPad. I doubt these will go much lower outside of maybe some very limited availability sales.
