"I had this for 3 years and it stopped working. They told me it was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do. I'll never buy anything from them again."
"I bought this and it didn't work so I didn't do anything about it. A year and a half later I tried to get it replaced but they told me it was out of warranty. This is a terrible company."
Best price I've seen on anything this size. I don't even need it and I'm tempted. Damn you slick deals!

Just like a fridge at home though it does take a lot of time to cool things down though ( room temp cans + empty cooler expect 5-6 hours or so ).
Another thing is that these are larger coolers dimension wise than what a standard cooler with the same capacity is and it's a best practice to leave space on both sides of the cooler for airflow ( no packing tight in a car with stuff pushed up against both sides ).
All in all though for longer trips these are super handy though, even with nicer coolers like the yeti/otterbox/grizzly/rtic you have to have >50% of the cooler taken up with ice, precool the cooler, put only cold stuff in there, and not open it very often if you need it to truly last more than 3 days or so. These can go indefinitely and add room temp cans in as you go as long as you have a plug or a nice battery pack it can last for those longer trips.

Coupon in the box for a Costway cashback promotion in amounts of $5-$2000. I know, I know, I'll never win but whatever. Anyway, said I need my Costway order number, but of course I got this through Amazon. Tried chatting Costway 4x but their chat agents never answer.
Bigger issue potentially is when I was searching for the order number I noticed the manufacture date on this thing is November 2019. Ok so maybe technically new and unused, but dang I didn't expect that it'd been collecting dust in a warehouse for 4.5 years.
Anyone know if this can be used as an outdoor fridge?
