2 gummies per serving. So this bottle is only enough for 30days. Also it's magnesium citrate. I prefer magnesium glucnate for a better absorbtion and more suited towards sleep and calm.
i prefer raw pumpkin seed kernels. because, no sugar added. and it absorbs better and i dont get diarrhea. 168mg of Magnesium in 1 oz of pumpkin seeds. eat food, not pills, or in this case, sugar filled gummies.

Agreed! These unsalted pepitas are the best source. Where do you buy yours from? In bulk I assume?
True, but they are right that Glycinate Is generally better absorbed and less irritating to the GI tract and has more of a calming effect due to the ability for some of it to apparently cross the blood brain barrier.
No doubt it is more bioavailable and absorbs in places that cause less GI strain, the cost difference is enough for me to settle for citrate. Not the case for everyone, though
magnesium citrate is used to induce people to poop before surgery. buy these if you want a laxative.
Magnesium oxide is better for a laxative, magnesium in general can have a laxative effect, but citrate absorbs well enough to mitigate those side effects a lot, but not as much as glycinate.
