YMMV (as with ALL Amex Offers)

DETAILS
Get a one-time $98 statement credit by using your enrolled eligible Card to make a single purchase of $98 or more on a Walmart Business+ Membership only online at business.walmart.com/plus by 11/24/2024. See terms.

OFFER TERMS
Enrollment limited. Must first add offer to Card and then use same Card to redeem. Only U.S.-issued American Express® Cards are eligible. Limit 1 enrolled Card per Card Member across all American Express offer channels. Your enrollment of an eligible American Express Card for this offer extends only to that Card. Offer valid only for Walmart Business+ Memberships purchased online only at business.walmart.com/plus [walmart.com]. If you are a new customer receiving a free trial, you must be enrolled in the free trial prior to the campaign end date to qualify. Charges may not post to your account until the free trial has lapsed. Please note if you purchase a membership, unless you notify the merchant that you want to pause, cancel, or that you do not want to auto renew, your membership will automatically renew for another membership period (subject to applicable law) of equal length (for example monthly, or annually). This means that the merchant will collect the then-applicable membership fee and any taxes by charging a credit card the merchant has on record for you without notifying you, unless notification is required by applicable law. Excludes all other Walmart purchases. Offer is non-transferable. Valid only on purchases made in US dollars. Limit of 1 statement credit per Card Member. You may not receive the statement credit if we receive inaccurate information or are otherwise unable to identify your purchase as qualifying for the offer. For example, you may not receive the statement credit if (a) the merchant uses a third-party to sell their products or services; or (b) the merchant uses a third-party to process or submit your transaction to us (e.g., using mobile or wireless card readers); or (c) you choose to make a purchase using a third-party payment account or make a purchase using a mobile or digital wallet. Purchases may fall outside of the offer period in some cases due to a delay in merchants submitting transactions to us or if the purchase date differs from the date you made the transaction (for example, the purchase date for online orders may be the shipping date). Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 11/24/2024, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. Note that American Express may not receive information about your qualifying purchase from merchant until all items/services from your qualifying purchase have been shipped/provided by merchant. Statement credit may be reversed if qualifying purchase is returned/cancelled. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your purchase as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit. Limit 1 enrolled Card per American Express Card online account. The enrolled Card account must be active, not past due, canceled, or have a returned payment outstanding to receive the statement credit. Any benefit earned from this offer is in addition to the rewards (i.e. Membership Rewards or cash back) earned as part of your existing Card benefits, but your ability to earn spend-based rewards for the purchase will be based on the amount after any statement credit or other discount is applied. Amex Offers are available for varying and limited periods of time and are dynamic and personalized. If you navigate away from the Amex Offers page, you may see different offers when you return. For questions regarding your Card Account, please call the number on the back of your Card. By adding an offer to a Card, you agree that American Express may send you communications about the offer.

Dumb question but is 'free delivery' actually free?

I just signed up for the new Target Circle 360. Didn't research it enough and come to find out that it's really Shipt, and there's a $4 'Driver Support Fee' added to every order, plus you're supposed to tip 20% of the order value. Obviously you don't have to tip, but I'm not that much of a jackass -- I'll either pick the order up myself, or tip. So that means $10+ added even on a minimum $35 order.
Walmart is forward thinking where they specify what is "delivery" and what is "shipping". Delivery = doordash driver delivers from store to you and Shipping = shipped via UPS/FedEx/USPS.

Very intuitive of themt to do. Free shipping without minimums so you don't need to work with gig workers.

It's free, but you do get the option to tip and I think they use gig drivers some. They also added some new tier where you pay more per month, and it will be Walmart employees who even put groceries up. Not sure id personally want that, but man, if my mom was still alive, this would have saved me so many trips.

Now the other thing is a lot of non food things will just be brought from a store that day if you select "shipping". When you go that route, not even an option to tip.

But if you have a Target Redcard shipping is totally free

I don't believe that is always the case. But the one poster a page back did indicate that he is going through some sort of verification process right now.

Kind of like when I buy take-out food and they ask if I want to tip the cashier...

My best is when I do self check out at the airport and it asks for a tip on the $6 bottled water i just bought.

They probably have to give a kickback to the local TSA Agents....for TSA making your throw out your water before going through TSA Screening!

Walmart business will verify your business in order to have an account. I am in suspension until I submit biz docs.

In addition, there is a $100 offer here for small business month: https://info.walmartbusiness.com/...month.html

Really... I see nothing that they offer better than the non-business account. The reason I created it is because of this Amex deal, otherwise I wouldn't bother with it.

Business entities—corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies—must use EINs. But most sole proprietors don't need to get an EIN and use their Social Security numbers instead.

Per NOLO [nolo.com]

Getting an EIN is very easy. Just go to the IRS website and apply for 1 and get it within a few minutes. Having EIN is better than using SSN. When applying for a credit card, using EIN gets a better chance of approval than using SSN.

Have the deal but Walmart won't accept my AMEX as a payment option. I've double checked EVERY box and use it regularly with other sites with no issues…

Lady and gentlemen, this deal is hard to get due to business verification from Walmart. My account is already suspended until business verification is done. It is not easy to get a Walmart business account.

Lady and gentlemen, don't discuss anything until you are approved with their business account. Many were not approved with business accounts.

I got this offer on my Amex Plat Biz $98 off. The subscription total with tax was $106 so it is not totally free. I signed up for the Walmat business without any issue. My card and my account are for a legitimate business though. I also tried clicking on that $100 small biz promo someone linked, hopefully that will go through too although I did it after creating the account earlier today.
