Maybe for super competitive gaming I wouldn't recommend but it has some nice basic features. You can use either 1 or 2 AAA batteries (use one if you want a slightly lower weight), Bluetooth or 2.4 wireless, good battery life even on one AAA battery.
The only thing that annoys me a little is even using the included dongle, it has a "wake up" time. I understand if it was on Bluetooth but on a dongle that should connected to your main computer it takes a second or 2 to reconnect (no connection issues though)
The scroll wheel is lit up when the mouse isn't moving but turns off when in motion which seems a little odd to me. I would prefer either completely on or completely off.
Overall a good mouse for light gaming and travel. it also fits my hand shape well, Im more of a hybrid grip, 18x9.5
